Why it's priced this way
A pharmacy following 6 anticoagulation patients and one following 80 aren't running the same operation, and we didn't want to charge them the same. Your workload goes up with your panel and so does what you bill for it, so that's what we indexed the price on. You already know what one patient is worth to you; the brackets are here to check against that number.

At 1 or 2 patients we don't think software should cost you anything, so the free bracket has no clock on it. It stays free for as long as that's your panel.

Frequently Asked Questions
- What counts as a patient?
- An active patient on an INR-monitored anticoagulant in your list. Archived and inactive patients don't count, so a panel that shrinks moves you back down a bracket.
- What happens when I add a patient that crosses into the next bracket?
- We tell you, and your next invoice moves to the new bracket. Adding the patient isn't blocked — you shouldn't have to think about billing with someone standing in front of you.
- Is the free tier really free?
- Yes, for as long as your panel is 1 or 2 patients, and there's no clock on it. You get the same application as everyone else. Free accounts use the help centre rather than email support.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Any month, from your account page. Export everything to CSV first — it's your data and there's no exit fee.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- No. At these prices an annual discount saves you very little and locks you in for a year, so we don't sell one. Monthly, cancel whenever.
- I'm on an older plan. Does my price change?
- No. Accounts that signed up before this pricing keep the rate they signed up at, permanently. You got here first.
